Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received.
They are shipped via DHL Express with a tracking number and delivered to your delivery address
of your selectable choice when finalizing your online order.
If the delivery time is longer than 2 working days we always inform the customer by email.
If your order concerns an imported product, this delay may extend to 8 working days.
The DHL Express delivery method is free, unlike the Fedex delivery method which requires payment.
Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs (if charged) include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.
Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package.
We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order.
We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order.
Your package is always insured, and particular attention is paid to fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected in secure boxes provided for this purpose.
Within 14 calendar days following receipt of your online purchase, and following European legislation specific to distance selling, you have the possibility of returning your products, provided that they are returned in their original packaging, that they are functional and that they do not show signs of wear, shocks or breakdowns and that the product is returned complete in its original box suitable for its remarketing.
Please note: A product returned in poor condition, damaged, non-functional or different in internal (electronic components) or external (cosmetic aspects) characteristics from its original condition is not eligible for reimbursement within 14 days, and will be returned to you immediately.
A1. After-sales service returns process / Refunds
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and require for packages weighing more than 7 kg the use of a carrier similar to that of the origin of the shipment (UPS for example) for any other products weighing less of 5 kg the customer can use Coliposte, Colissimo or Chronopost.
The package must be returned with a tracking number, for personal delivery with signature. This tracking number must be communicated to us by return email.
A2. How to proceed if you wish to return a product?
You must notify us of any return requests within 14 calendar days following receipt of your package.
Log in to your iPowerMac Pro customer account, go to your online customer area, Returns section, then make the return request from the online interface.
Our sales department will process your request within 24 hours maximum in order to set up the after-sales service return process.
Warning: Do not send your product without having made an official and proper return request or it will be refused.
Also: returns by carriers such as Relais Colis or Mondial Relay are prohibited.
All packages returned and delivered to parcel relays will not be collected by iPowerMac Pro, packages must only be delivered
by hand and to the return address which will be communicated to you.
For packages between 0 and 7kg please use: Coliposte, Colissimo, Chronopost, UPS, DHL or Fedex
For packages between 7kg and more please use: UPS, DHL or Fedex
3. Refunds – Money Back Guarantee
A1. Orders placed online, with collection or courier delivery
- Particular client
Upon receipt of the return, and after checking the proper functioning and the interior and exterior appearance of the product, a refund will be made within 14 working days maximum following receipt of your return package if you are an individual.
- Professional Customer
If you are a professional, you are not eligible to return within 14 days for a refund under the “satisfied or refunded” guarantee. Professionals are, on the other hand, of course eligible for after-sales service returns for repairs in the event of a breakdown, during the year of warranty for their purchases.
The refund is made by bank transfer that you had paid by bank transfer, check or credit card.
If you pay for an order using the payment method in installments (PayPal), your payment schedule will be canceled and the amount corresponding to your first payment will be fully refunded to you by Paypal.
A2. Orders placed directly, or on site:
On-site orders are not authorized, our offices do not welcome customers, and therefore are not open to visits.
